During the past year, the former Executive Director of the DeLaSalle Education Center, Jim Dougherty, offered his occasional (and often personal) "DeLaSalle Musings" to reflect on his own transformation, and that of DeLaSalle. With the Center now operating successfully under new leadership and opening as a charter school this fall, the time has come for this Blog to end, and another one to begin.

Summer in the City!
It was a hot one yesterday in the downtown area - 97 degrees! Just when you think it's about the hottest day in Kansas City that you can remember, there's usually a hotter one around the corner!
